I've met many Doctors (& alternates) in Washington and overseas through Navy medicine. The Front Street Clinic seems to be professional enough, but years of trying showed me they lack the insight and energy to help a patient realize their potential for affirmative living. Forget about finding something to hold on to here; you may find a self help book to be more inspiring and helpful. This facility does offer trial-and-error drug therapy, and it seems to be their crutch.

Dr.Hiltz and his partner Kim Young Oak, ARNP, are QUACKS and only in the business for money! My son had seen Dr.Hiltz two years ago and started having some issues and wanted to make an appt. with him.

To see him again on the first visit was going to be 475.00 He has no insurance. So he made an appt.with Kim Young Oak, ARNP, her cash price is 250.00 for a first visit, even though in the recent past my son had seen both doctors. She told him that she thought his mental state was worse that having CANCER and he will never be 100 percent! What a thing to say to a patient. I am reporting her to the medical board, hopefully she looses her license.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HELLISH PLACE.
