Do yourself a favor and get ANYONE but this person

I was pulled over for a tail light, in my apartment driveway. The cop smelled alcohol, I'd had a few beers and told him. He breathalized me and I blew.086. First offense, never been in trouble before. Cop took tail light off the ticket (as a favor, he said) and wrote that I was driving on the wrong side of the road which was not true. I had to cross over a turn lane to get into my apartment parking lot. It not an illegal move. Stupidly I called Franz who said he'd make everything go away for $2000. Another lie! He never bothered to go through the DMV with me, so I now have a .08 on my drivers abstract forever, meaning I cannot apply for airline jobs, nor can I go to Canada. This has ruined me financially. I've spoken to several people and a few lawyers that said this should have been thrown out of court. Now I'm suffering. I might have to commit suicide. I can't even get a job at Costco. Theses anoles really screwed me. If I'd blown higher, and was pulled over for reckless driving I would take what I've gotten, but now that. I'm armed with knowledge that this could have turned out better had I had a professional, I'm so screwed financially. Be warned! Best advice, don't drink and drive, not even 2 beers, get a cab!
