Several years ago we had the main drain clog (with roots), resulting in overflows downstairs. Called budget rooter and they took care of it. Plumber was an interesting and personable guy (Nick?) - did the job, explained stuff to me as he worked, ran a camera down there for something of a discount (I didn't originally want it - camera stuff is somewhat pricey - but he convinced me I should and I'm glad he did). Told me the problem would recur.Well, it *has* recurred, and I liked them enough to call them again. Enough said.

If you want to spend over $800 to uncloag a drain (2 hours) then this is the company for you. I havd to request the invoice and they also lied to me.

I had a sleep over with six-ten year old girls coming in two hours when my toilet downstairs started backing up. I tried frantically to plunge it and could not get it cleared. I was panicking and didn't know if I was going to have to cancel the party and break my daughter's heart. I called a few companies out of the phone book and no one could come out that soon. Thank God I kept trying and called Budget Rooter. They reassured me and came right out, fixed my problem...and at a decent price...and saved the party. Thank you Budget Rooter!!! I am a customer for life!

I gave them one star because zero stars was not an option.I have several plumbing problems and chose budget rooter because of their one price per job. It was a huge mistake to call them.Part of my home plumbing drains just fine: the kitchen, including dishwasher; upstairs shower/tub don’t cause any problems but one upstairs toilet and the laundry, in the lower level, come up in the lower level shower.I also needed a garbage disposal installed and and a leaking sink drain fixed and thought I had arranged to have all of this done in one visit. I was wrong.When Nick, the service manager for this business, arrived as half of a two person crew, he told me I had a blocked main line. I don’t know all that much about plumbing but it seemed to me that if part of the house was fine and part was not that it was not likely the main line but something further upsteam of that, a more local pipe is blocked, but he is the plumber and he said it is the main line that is blocked.Nick said th
