Had a great session at Firestarter: I couldn't be happier with the results. I can't wait to go back next Wednesday.

I contacted Firestarter Recording Studio after a friend told me that there was a new studio in Dutchess County, N.Y. I called, and spoke with the owner to determine if they could meet my recording needs: I wanted to record lead, and background vocals onto music I had recorded at a studio in Manhattan. I took a chance and decided to give it a shot. When I got there I let one of the producers (Mo K.) hear my music and he immediately began tweaking it in order to make it sound more crisp and clear. I knew then and there that this is a place that cares about the quality of their music. My vocals were recorded in a decoupled vocal booth, and mixed to blend perfectly with the music. . The quality of my song now sounds as good as any song we hear on the radio, and it's not even mastered yet: I can't wait to hear the finished product. I'll be back at Firestarter real soon, and highly recommend it to anyone thinking about going into Manhattan to get their songs recorded: Trust me.
