We also want to tell you what a great group of installers you have. They were polite and professional, did a clean job and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable with our new system. The service at Hammond Security has gotten dramatically worse and especially this year. In particular the people being sent to service homes are younger with less experience and their ability to really do the job properly is questionable. Their lack of training does impact the way they are doing their job and customer service is very poor. Problems have included: 1) Asking us to service our own alarm box because they wanted to avoid the necessary service call. 2)Damage to house during service calls with no acknowledgment of what they had done. 3) Misrepresentation of facts and direct lying by an employee in charge of sensitive Credit Card information for reoccurring payments.. 4)Cutting corners by replacing equipment parts with completely mismatching components without even giving notice to home owner of their very noticeable errors. In general, I would say that the ongoing unsatisfactory and inconsistent service makes Hammond Security a very poor choice in protecting your home.

Just wanted to let you know what a friendly and professional person your employee Brandon was at his visit today for our annual inspection. We have relied on Hammond Security for many years now. We own a home in Shokan, NY which we bought when we lived and worked in NYC in the 1980's. Now we spend most of our time in London. Although we have a reliable caretaker, security is a very high priority or ours. I am very pleased to say that during that whole lengthy period, we have received a level of service from your company that can only be described as outstanding, and an example to others. To give one example, when we were away in January our boiler malfunctioned and spewed out smoke, setting off the alarm. Our caretaker and the Fire Dept. were immediately notified, and the problem quickly resolved. I must also highly commend your call centre staff, who invariably answer promptly, courteously and in person - with none of the nonsense one gets elsewhere of having to punch in numbers in response to an interminable series of automated responses - and deal in a knowledgeable manner with the problem, whatever it may be!

We just had the annual inspection of our security system. The technician was phenomenal; explained everything and answered all of our questions. Sharp as a tack.

I really liked the opening sentence of a proposal I recieved from Mr. Hammond. It said, "35 years ago when I installed this system...." it's great to be dealing with the exact same person for all that time. This company has always been top shelf. The Central Station is beyond excellent.

Mr. Hammond is doing a great job taking care of all of the schools in the district I work for. HIs employees are excellent!

It is always very easy to schedule service with this company. The technicians and operators are so professional and courteous. We really appreciate the booties the techs where when they come into our home. They are the best!

We have a maintenance and service agreement with Hammond Security. Every year they come to inspect the entire system and if anything needs service during the year it is all covered under my contract. I like that the technician is in and out but always takes time to answer our questions. Hammond is above the best!

The service department is outstanding at Hammond Security. The technicians are professional in both attitude and appearance. The Central Station operators are knowledgeable and courteous and available 24 hours a day.
