We specialize in rehabilitative exercise, using state of the art MedX and Nautilus resistance training equipment. This allows our clients to have the best opportunity for success. Increasing your functional ability safely and efficiently is the number one goal. We emphasize attention to detail regarding important technical aspects of exercise in a private setting. Small Private Training Facility: We want you to be as comfortable as you might be at home. Our private facility removes distractions from training, improves comfort level and increases concentration. Accommodating Hours: We make every attempt to schedule your session at the most convenient time possible. Early morning, day time, evening, and weekend appointments are available. Efficiency: To save you time and make your workouts as productive as possible, we emphasize the quality of the exercise session. We maximize your results in the minimum time necessary. No Crowds or Waiting: Your workout time is yours and yours alone. No waiting for a particular machine. People will not jump ahead of you and disrupt your workout. Quality Supervision: Your personal trainer will be a Teacher, Motivator, Resource and Counselor. We monitor each repetition of every exercise to ensure proper form. We research health, fitness, and diet information and provide you with the information you need to exercise safely and productively. Our supervision provides ongoing motivation and consistency to help you achieve your full potential. We offer tailored, individualized instruction, not just general guidelines. Safety is of paramount importance. Properly performed exercise should PREVENT INJURIES and never be dangerous. We will guide your improvements in health and conditioning with the safest exercise program possible. We are now offering online personal training services that allow you to exercise at your own pace, and your own place. Programs include full body strength and conditioning program, that is effective and time efficient because it works the whole body in circuit style fashion which taxes the muscular, cardio vascular, and neurological systems. The program will build strength, enhance flexibility, and increase stamina. Our online training program will teach exercise principles to not onlys how you what to do but why to do it. Lessons will be in written as well as in video form. Full length videos with instruction are available as well. We also provide healthy recipes on a weekly basis. You will also have the ability to communicate with your trainer via the app messenger. The program offers a lot of variety to ensure the clients do not get bored of their routine. Clients also have the ability to track all of their results so they can see how they progress during the program

This review is long overdue. About 18 years ago I started experiencing excruciating unexplained widespread body pain. My movements and abilities declined rapidly over the years and left me with almost no muscle mass. It was just a vicious cycle because everything hurt all the time. I tried everything; pain management specialists, rheumatologists, neurologists, epidural injections, acupuncture, chiropractors, physical therapy, aqua therapy, all yielded zero relief.
I stopped in to see the SFL team in December 2018. I signed up for 1xweek semi-private strength training class to try and gain some of my strength back. It was difficult at first, but the team at SFL worked patiently with me and built a customized workout around my personal needs and abilities. They have helped me continuously strengthen my muscles through pin-pointed exercises and carefully designed workouts that minimize aggravation from the pain.
I have never in my life seen a more dedicated team of individuals who are skilled, knowledgeable and passionate about helping others achieve their wellness goals. SFL has given me my life back. They are absolutely amazing and I would recommend them to anyone who is seeking out a healthier version of themselves! Thank you!!
