If I could give them 0 stars, I would! We bought a leather couch and loveseat 2 WEEKS AGO for $1900. My husband (who weighs 190) sat down on it and we heard a loud snap! When we turned it over the inside wood frame had snapped in 3 places and was sticking through the felt bottom! I called the store and all they said to me was to take it to a furniture repair store. I certainly understand their return policy but when it comes to the structure of the furniture, that's certainly not something we should be paying to replace after two weeks! I will NEVER buy from them again!

Don't shop here! If I could give them no stars I would! We purchased what was advertised as a "FLOOR MODEL" leather sofa. Looked great on the show room floor, but while unloading from the trailer at home found a whole bunch of popcorn, pretzels, animal fur, gas receipts, PILLS of some kind and just general yuck! This piece was clearly USED AND ABUSED in someones very dirty home. I fully understand scratch and dent and floor model shopping. This is NOT what it was advertised it to be. Their policy is not to take returns on clearance items, they did give us a small refund, but it hardly covered the cleaning products and gas for the 3 trips to their store. All I can say is put on your rubber gloves and check between the cushions before buying at Raymour & Flanigan Clearance Center
