We too, had many problems with mid-hudson. We had them in our tavern location and after many years of repeat complaints of inferior amusement equipment and inconsistent $$ collections, we finally had enough and replaced them with another amusement and vending company from Poughkeepsie.

We saw an immediate increase in our $$ collections and the new equipment and our satisfied customers says it all.

Any locations that are doing business with mid-hudson should scrutinize them carefully and BEWARE!

This company is inconsiderate, has faulty machines, not personable, rude, make unprofessional comments over the phone when a viable complaint is made, and makes promises they cannot keep. What company says "What now" when you inform them their machine is leaking water on the floor? After we discontinued their service, I was in a local library and used a vending machine which happened to be one of theirs. The item got stuck in the machine. I inserted more money into it to get the item and the machine wouldn't even attempt to vend the item. I called their company asking for a refund. My info. was taken and low and behold, no reimbursement was ever mailed to me as promised.
