Kelly Enderly, is one of the most heartless and mindless attorney's. I have been represented by. I unfortunately have seen Horrible. But, she by far is the worst!
She has no respect for clients does not return phone calls, plays on her cell phone while in court. Everyone, in the court knows what's going on in your case, except for her and of course you.
She has NO knowledge of custody matters! Never hire, her for child custody or divorce!!
You would be better off letting, a Monkey represent you, then this lawyer.
She lost my paper work, 3x's, never disagreed with my spouses attorney. But, would give me attitude, if I asked her about the case. now, thinking back she probably had no idea what was happening either. This woman/attorney, is horrible At child custody/ divorce /family law.
Kelly Enderly, is heartless and not very smart or capable. If she's appointed as your public defender! Run! She is not on your side! She is just there to play on her cell phone and take your money, while you get crucified.
Please, understand I'am not trying to be dramatic! She is that bad! I lost my children because I could not make it to a trial date during a snowstorm. Even though, Kelly Enderly, was my attorney and Present at the court. I called her and the courts. She agreed with the opposing counsel and wanted to go forward without me. Judgment was passed in favor of my husband. At the end of that court date she resigned as my attorney. Never, telling me what happened or that I could appeal that decision. I found out from a different attorney that I could appeal. I experienced her for two years. She is horrible. I hope that no one goes thru what I have been thru with this attorney. I have to give it a star rating.. It's not even 1 star, but system won't let me move forward.. This is a no star review.
