I needed someone to keep watch over my father-in-law's house and parking lot due to some recent trouble in the neighborhood and I had no idea what to do. I found FirstLine Protective Services on the yellowpages website and gave them a call. Dwayne was very professional and very understanding of my unique situation. Even though it wasn't a bar or club or a private event, they were willing and able to provide security and peace of mind for me. I was really impressed that Dwayne came out to watch the property himself and that to me really shows what great service they provide. I would not heistate at all to hire them again in the future.

I am the owner of a local bar which gets a lot of people on Friday and Saturday nights. I never thought I would need security but recently I had a few serious incidents, which ended up in several people being severly beaten. I hired another security team (I don't wish to mention their name because they were useless) and I had several men in my bar with weapons. I hired the Firstline team and saw a TREMENDOUS change after the first weekend. They've been here about 2 months now and everyone from the customers to my staff feels VERY SAFE. They are the most professional, courteous, respectful and not too mention very serious about their job. I never feel nervous when they are here. They are always on time and stay until the last employee is out of the building. I STRONGLY recommend Firstline Protective Services to anyone who wants that "safe" feeling. Please believe me, my bar has turned around and more people are coming out to enjoy themselves now. I have attened 2 events that firstline provided sercurity for and was highly impressed. They were professional and courteous. They provided an atmosphere that made me feel safe. My friends and I did not have to to spend the night worring. We just relaxed and had a good time. I would strongly recommend them for any sercurity job.
