These people are professional and eager to please their clients. I highly recommend them to everyone for all ground transportation requirements.

I have used Classic Coach for about 10 years, to get to airports (and back) from Poughkeepsie. Never has the dispatcher been rude. They are on time, they know *all* the ways to get into the city and out again, the drivers are competent and polite (and remind you of the last rest stop before NYC).

(About 8-9 years ago I did get a poor driver, who could not shake his NYC taxi ways; he lasted only about a month at Classic Coach.)

I recommend them highly.

Phone dispatch was very rude. In comptetitive business, you would think they would be helpful and polite. After all isn't that what dispatch should be? polite & helpful?

Very disappointed.
