paid to have my washer fixed $300+ to have the person tell me it was all good. only spent 10 to 15 minutes though I paid for an hour of labor. He did not do a proper diagnostic and the machine was still thumping AFTER he left though he didn't stay long enough to check/hear that. Came back free of charge b/c they did not do a proper diagnostic originally only to find out it is too much to fix. Joann in so many words tells me basically it was my fault b/c I should have told her the drum/whatever was bent???? She would have told me it wasn't worth fixing before I spent all that money. I'm sorry but I paid you to come and do a proper diagnostic. If I could do that myself WHY would I pay you all that money to come here. it's YOUR job to tell me what's wrong and what needs to be fixed!
