Came on 8/18/2016 gave estimate. Called set work to start. Scheduled for 8/23/2016 by 10am. Was a no show. Made many calls & left messages which were never returned.

Came to house, very nice, gave the best $estimate. Made appt, Rich called and canceled 1st appt (things happen ok), then 2nd appt..never showed up or answered calls and never called back. We emptied out room and had it all ready. They vanished never to be heard from again. Tacinelli flooring came to the rescue with no notice and where very professionals and awesome.

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with Rich; so much so that this is the 3rd review I have written for him. Our old house was very neglected, and the floors a shambles. Rich came in, looked at the floors and told us what to expect and quoted a very reasonable price (much less than replacement would have been). After he was finished, every visitor to the house made very dramatic statments about the floors... Rightly so, they look fantastic. We both can not thank Rich enough for what he did here... If you think you need to replace your floor, call Rich... He loves wood and will find the soul of it for you.
