Minimal staff as usual always expect a line and it seems odd that there will be several days in a row where I will get no mail and then a bunch of mail all at once

It's a shame that we only get mail once a week...maybe twice...went to the location in Pottstown pa asking about mail, because I've been waiting on important mail..they said it was out and never got it. Why is the post master off during the holiday season when she might be needed? They need to get it together..deadlines get missed because they can't be bothered to deliver mail. If they don't have enough people maybe it's time they start hiring.

While putting my food away, I found not one but TWO things that I'd bought had expired.When I tried to return them, the older lady Behind the customer service counter was too busy dealing with mail to even say hello. Finally I just gave up and left.

I think that the hours should be listed online that the Post Office are open. It would be helpful to people so that they do not have to call the Post Office and bother them asking what hours are you open?
