Talk a good game but will leave you high and dry

*BUYER BEWARE* I called about repairs to a roof. I told the owners "do what you have to do to stop the leak". We paid the deposit, they did the work, we paid promptly and in full. The owners told me "we sealed it up good it will not leak" and also "don't worry we stand by our work if it does leak we will make it right". A week later it rained and the roof still leaked buckets. They refuse to come out and fix the roof or refund our money. Now we don't have the money to hire someone else, the roof still leaks, and they never held up their promise. Beware they pay lip service to quality, ethics, and respect but their words are hollow and not backed with any convictions.
