This was the worst experience I've ever had with a towing company. After a pretty traumatic accident, the person I talked to on the phone yelled and swore at me. I attempted to give him my location about six times before he stopped interrupting and actually listened to me. The tow truck operator was extremely rude and continuously swore while helping get the vehicle out of a ditch. These miserable people don't deserve to have a business and clearly don't care at all about their customer service. STAY AWAY.

DO NOT allow your car to be towed to Martin's Garage!! Especially if you live out of town and your child goes to one of the many college's nearby. Bob Martin is extremely rude and unprofessional. Nobody looked at the car for a week, but they will charge you for everyday it sits there not being looked at. The car wasn't even at the garage. It was in a random unsecured lot , unlocked with the keys in it.

took my truck in for inspection, the guy was very rude, I had a new battery put in so codes didn't show, I was un aware of that he jumped all over me said I wasted his time and to bring the dam thing back after I had 60 miles on it!! well I will never set foot in that place again very rude
