One month ago today I purchased a Ford F 150 for $15,000.00 cash from Finlay in Post falls (later I kelly blue book it and it worth $12,900 from a certified dealer in excellent condition, my fault). On day 27 my O / D off light starts flashing and immediately loses power, Then on the message screen it says TRANSMISSION MALFUNCTION! I went to Finlay under the assumption that they would stand by their product and make it right. I was poorly mistaken. They told me they would pay for the diagnosis (which I now know most reputable transmission shops diagnose for free) and I was going to be responsible for the parts and labor. So here I am exactly one month after after the initial purchas date with a $12,000 dollar paper weight that I paid 15k for. Thanks Finlay for your fantastic customer service.

Service was terrible and took forever.When brought to managements attention they didn't care.I will never go there again.
