They gave us a price quote that we signed and returned. We waited several weeks and decided to call to find out when the work would be done. After several unreturned phones calls for about 2+ weeks we finally got a call back . We were to told quote (which we did call to confirm) was incorrect. The owener Byron quoted us 3 times as much, but said he would try to keep the price down. He was going to write up new quote. That was 3 weeks ago. We have not hear back.

Completely unprofessional. This company could use a few lessons in customer service.

I wanted to start by apologizing to you for the lack of response from our company, there is no excuse for that. I wish I could say that we are perfect in every aspect of business from customer service to our services we offer our customers, but we are human and make mistakes. This is how we learn and how we grow to be a better company and hopefully greatly reduce future problems such as your experience with Green Systems. I wish that I was involved in this problem as I feel as the manager of Green Systems I could rectified your problem and avoided this all together. I cannot speak to your particular issue with us, but would invite you to please call our office and ask for me and let me try and make some kind of resolution. It kills me to have even one customer not happy with my service, my customers are my business and without you there is no Green Systems. I strive to have the highest level of customer service there is and if I need to tweak some aspect of that I would expect a customer to speak up and communicate their issue. Thank you for your time and I really hope to hear from you on this matter, Eric
