Better sleep in traffic

We stayed here 18 months ago and it wasn't a very pleasant stay, however we stayed here again last night. Tired after a full day of driving we settled into our room...with what sounded like elephants playing above us. After 2 hours I went to complain. They were aware of a problem and promised it would be handled. An hour later my boyfriend goes down and they move us to another room. Which was a smoking room...yuck. beds were uncomfortable and it was just a terrible experience all around. While we get that other guests will make noise...it's unacceptable that they did nothing about it but send us to the crappiest room possible. Will not stay here again.
