I agree, dont use this realtor. my wife and i went to look at a house which we could pay cash for and fix for ourselves, she told us that the amount was too low and wouldnt take the offer. that was last week, this week, her live in slumlord boyfriend now owns the house. I am totally ashamed that I even had to deal with her at all., i would give zero stars, but the website forces me to choose at least 1.

I do not recommend this agent. She is shacking up with Doug Myers and he is a slumlord. He buys junk houses and rents them for huge fees and she handles the renters' paperwork. Neither of them can be trusted! They deserve each other! He rents out Meth Houses to unsuspecting renters (my family and I rented a meth house in McDermott and didn't know it until later when it nearly killed me!). Sharon also rented out a double wide that she nor the company she represented doesn't own. In fact, it is the subject of a lawsuit.... Yeah, avoid this woman and her slumlord boyfriend at all cost.

Sharon Karr is actually a very caring real estate agent. She stayed on top of our bids, and gave us advice about what to do to help our bids be accepted. I'm not sure why the other party wrote a bad review (anonymously, how sad) but we are very pleased with this realtor.

This agent seems to say whatever she needs to in order to make herself look good. She intentionally lied to my wife and myself on multiple occasions. We do not trust her, others have told us of some of her other shaddy dealings. Be cautious if you have any dealings with her in buying or selling.
