Worse service ever experienced here. Had to ask another waitress to wait on us because our waitress was massaging the managers shoulders. She completely forgot we was even seated. This B-dubs is quickly going down hill

DISAPPOINTED!

I have been to Buffalo Wild Wings Several times, & the one in Chillicothe, Ohio screws up our order EVERY single time, we waited for over an hour for our food, then got yye wrong wings & COLD fries! This happens everytime! Somethkng should be done about this resteraunt! The one in Ironton, Ohio is awesome! Never a problem!

i have eaten at buffalo wild wings plenty of times. and for the one on the ribs they cant cook them a certain way bc the rids are ribletts and they are already in sauce and already cooked they just heat them up. u can get a side of hot sauce. and casey is an amazing manager she just wont take ur sh*t bc u want a free meal. thats the only reason people complain is when they are wantin something for free. so im here to let u know if u want ur ribs cooked a certain way u need to go to steakhouse and we now have one in town right beside the place u are all tryin to put down. and if anyone should complain about a manager there it would have to b carmella taylor. she is very rude and always bothering tables. i have heard her tell employees that they cant sit and have a conversation w there family or a friend but she can sit an talk to whomever she wants. not only does she sit there and talk to them but it will b the entire visit. so some of the people on here need to get some facts straight. and they also have some new manager in there i think his name is micheal, i have heard him talkin down to alot of the workers there. when ur a manager i think u should take all conversations to the back. not infront of the guests. its very unprofessional

I am very dissappointed in this store. When you order food and you are asked what kind of sauce you want on your food, you should get it not the run around. The manager was very rude and very sarcasstic. We use to come here quite often, but not anymore. We will take our hard earned money and go somewhere else, where we will get the service and the food that we deserve, and pay for.

Your store misrepresents the menu. The Manager was very rude, her name was Casey. It happened on 10/24/09. She told me they could not cook the ribs the way that I asked. When I was asked to begin with what kind of sauce I wanted them cooked in. When I asked her about it, she was very rude, and told me she would not fix them with the hot sauce the way I wanted them too. I will never step foot in there again, and will inform everyone that I know about this issue, and we will all go somewhere else to spend our money on a good dinner. We usually eat there 4 times a month with the bill always being close to 50.00. So I guess the legend is true, when a good business comes to Portsmouth, someone always ruins it. We travel alot with a Fraternal Organization, and never have we had problems like we do at this store.
