I have been a loyal customer at Portsmouth Pizza factory, we have ordered food regularly for 14 years, once or twice a week. Tonight I got a delivery order with the wrong food. I called to explain and the women (owner) argued with me and stated that I actually ordered this. I was completely taken by surprise. I would have expected an apology and make it right not an argument. I have dropped several thousands of dollars over the years and they lose me as a customer over chicken wings??? I'm in customer service and I know how to treat a client, that's why I rate #1 in New England with JD Powers surveys in the auto business. I'm gone forever, shame on you Pizza Factory.

I discovered this place when I went to Hannafords (formerly the Pick and Pay plaza). Food was fresh and I have to say that the pizza was the best I have had in a long time. Small sit down area to eat and now they have a web site you can actually order you food on line and have it delivered. Awesome. Go to pizzafactory-online.com. It even remembers you last order. I also recommend the steak tip roll up. Huge chunks of marinated steak with feta, lettuce and tomatos. TO-DIE-FOR!
