BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! This place should be on the top of the BBB's hit list! My sister found an amazing dress there so she ordered it and put down a deposit. The sales girl Brandi, measured her between a 2 and a 4 and INSISTED she order a 2. My sister told her to order a 4. Four months later the dress comes in and it's too small. Brandi goes back and measures the dress and says: "This dress is measuring at a size 2, but it is marked a 4. This is a manufacturers defect." Translation: we ordered you a 2 like we wanted to and sewed in a 4 tag. Then she says they'll let it out for free because of the mistake. Next day, we get a call that Pronovia (Manufacturer) needs them to measure my sister so they know that she didn't just gain weight. Translation: MD lied to our faces! If this truly was a defect, they would have sent another dress asap. SO obviously something stinks.Called for a manager for a week and NEVER got a call back. Back up again we go. They measure her and tell her she gained an inch on her waist. When we asked about the dress measuring as a 2, she claims that that was a mistake and she gained weight. SO we are taking the dress and going elsewhere AND Filing in small claims court against the store and Brandi for the price of the dress. Also complaining to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!!
