These people are a group of effusive liars. They missed all of the deadlines. After we got the rings, Debra, the annoying, apparently lying, effusive one, said they could fuse the bands while we waited. Today, we went into the store. Donna greeted us and when we told her why we were there, she said no they don't do that. Then, manager 1 says you need an appointment, and the earliest appointment was 2 weeks away. It takes 2.5 hours.

Are you kidding me?

Some middle age metal hawker yelled across the store twice telling us that they have stools we could sit on to watch.

Let me get this straight, Lenscrafters can making eye glasses, actual optical devices that are medical equipment with fancy everything, in an hour and these rings, one of which was custom designed to fit and match the other one, and specifically designed to go together, required a two week wait and 2.5 hours of work?

They got our money. Now they won't do what we were told they would do. I'm the one who is out of line? I am not allowed to be angry. I am not allowed to say your incompetent? I didn't even use a single curse word at you.

I'm your friggen customer for LIFE and you want to treat me this way?

I am LIVID over the way we have continuously been treated.

Do not for instant think this is a special place - do not be courted by their multiple offers of bottled water, and running commentary punctuated by words like happy, beautiful, lovely, stunning.

They are like the mob. They will help you at first. They will promise you things you have dreamed of at a time when you want it. But, then there is the cost. Do not get in bed with them, you won't get out, and now to get anything I need, I'm going to have to find the Godfather, and have a heart to heart.

Wonderful!

My partner and I went simply to browse at rings and get sized. A woman named Sandy helped us out. She was extremely friendly and courteous, as well as being funny and personable. We ended up purchasing two very perfect rings with her help. She did not try to upsell, telling us straight out whether she thought it looked nice when we asked her.

Overall the atmosphere was as expected, shiny and spacious. Complimentary water bottles were available, which was a nice touch.

All of the employees helped us find the right fit and price, as well as showing us various offers to save money once we had decided to buy.

I would certainly recommend shopping here, and will again in the future!

Dishonest

Went in a couple of times to look at rings, and they kept asking us to sign up for a mailing list. Finally we gave in, and it turned out they took our information to open up a credit card for us. This was never even mentioned, and I just hope that the man who did this did not get any sort of bonus for lying to customers.
