They do a good job at arranging and they are yummy... (the arrangements...not the start... :D

Attention: New Customers



I was a 1st time customers & very excited to try Edible Arrangements in Porstmouth NH.



I pre-ordered a 6-pack Chocolate Covered Strawberries on Tuesday, for pick-up on Saturday morning,

June 27th, 2009.



I received poor Customer Service by the Receptionist, she did not acknowledge my entrance into the store,

nor asked if I needed any help, as she continued to have a personal conversation with a delivery man.

I waited about 5 minutes before she came over to me at the counter.



Upon arrival at home, I checked the chocolate covered strawberries to discovery the strawberries

were very old, with liquid on the bottom of each wrapper & liquid saturated the bottom of the box.

The following morning, the strawberries had mold on them.



Right away, I contacted the local Portsmouth NH Store, including the Corporate Office.



The local Portsmouth NH Store never returned my call nor email, regarding my experience/complaint.



The Corporate Office did contact me via email, explaining they would contact the local Edible Arrangments

Store in Portsmouth NH, and have them contact me.



However, no-one contacted me, nor left me a message regarding my experience/complaint

with regards to poor Customer Service, and Moldy Strawberries, to include we never recieved

an apology, nor gift card/coupon for replacement of our order.



We will never recommend this particular Edible Arrangements Store in Portsmouth NH,

to any of our family, or friends.
