I have been a patient at Atlantic two separate times over the past few years. I recently went back due to an accident. Each time I was seen for chiropractic care, I was taken really late. At times, I was taken over an hour late. Often times we don't see the bills since most of us have insurance; however after asking for an itemized bill my jaw dropped. I felt that charges did not match the services provided, what-so-ever. It was always very in-and-out and my specific needs were never truly met. After paying for moving x-rays no one ever reviewed them with me, or provided any results. It seemed more like a money making thing, than actual care. The PT side has much better service. The staff is nice, but the whole operations is poor. I recently sent an email, nicely stating my concerns and never received a response. I will not go back to Atlantic because I felt like I was bothering them as a patient, taking up their time. It's too bad because there are some nice people that work there.

I started seeing Dr. Clough a few months ago because he was recommended by a few people I work with. I couldnt stand up for more than 2 minutes at a time and was in a great deal of pain over. Now i am virtually out of pain and can move around like a normal person. He uses a variety of techniques and explains everything in a thorough and clear manner. If you are looking for a great chiropractor that can really help you, I would highly recommend Dr. Clough.
