What a terrible place to deal with !

Years ago i bought from them a Jeep Liberty and I trully truly regret that choice.

There was a manager there, called Steven, who is a very mean person and whenever he can, he screws up the things against the customers...

Watch out everybody, because they want to sell you bad cars and then will try to get money from you, in order to fix them !

Work not performed satisfactorily. Let me drive down the road with an unsafe vehicle after inspecting it and was never told or wrote a thing about it.

Does not return calls or email.

Friend has had similar trouble with them as well.

HALF STAR !

If I could, I would give those guys less than half star !

I bought a car from them and I was told that I could always come back to there and their "warranty" would cover most of my car's trouble.

The fact is that after three months, my car started to fail and I took there, in order to have it fixed.

I was surprised to know that they would charge me almost US$2.000,00 for the work since for that problem, my car was not covered !

I told them not to do it by then and so I took my car to a mechanic friend of mine, and he told me that a little adjustment was enough to fix that !

That was disgusting...

So a good advice : Stay away from the Bournival Kia and Jeep too !

They always lie about the cars and the service they offer is terrible !

We bought a car from bournival in Portsmouth NH a year ago. It was the service managers wifes car and had many miles on it.



Foolishly we did not have it checked out by our regular mechanic. Well let me tell you we have now spent over 3 thousand dollars in the last year on it.



We could have gotten a small car for that money, what I mean is what we paid for the car & what we put into it. Just a word of advice if you see a car there that you like take it to a reputable mechanic and have it checked out.
