Clearly their prices are competitive, but they have NO interest in standing behind a defective product. We bought a leather sectional from them and within a year the top layer of leather on the largest cushion in the piece began to seriously delaminate exposing the synthetic substrate beneath of a totally different color. They completely washed their hands of the issue saying that sofas in that time period had that problem, but offered no remedy, such as removing that one cushion and replacing it, even though that was the only cushion in the entire piece to have the problem. I have repeatedly asked for a resolution and have been completely ignored - stonewalled. On this basis alone, we would never do business with Allen's again - a "bargain" that doesn't last more than a year is no bargain at all.

I have been waiting 2 months for a 3 to 4 weeks delivery. Took 2 calls and over a week for a follow up. They take your money much quicker.

Just bought a tempurpedic mattress Love it!!!! Excellent sales person and wonderful staff. They made me feel important. They took the time to listen to my needs and show me all my options. My husband and I recently purchased a beautiful hutch and buffet for the dining room. We started this process three months ago and it really started to become more of a pain trying to find what we both agreed on. We absolutely wish we just went to Allen Wayside Furniture from the beginning. We were greeted by a nice sales lady who was very patient with us, and helped us find exactly what we wanted...and at a fantastic price! Thank you everyone at Allen Wayside for great service and beautiful furniture that did not break the bank!!!

The store is very big, with a lot to look at and choose from. All the staff seemed very friendly and helpful. I'd go back again.

I had a great experience at Allen Wayside Furniture. I hadn't heard much about it but my wife and I decided to stop in and look at some couches. We were really impressed with their selection and the prices were very reasonable. Also, their staff was helpful and answered all our questions. We ended up buying a new couch and we have been very happy with it!
