After calling and getting a quote over the phone for a winch out the driver showed up to help erect my small skidster and said that he wouldn't do it. They wasted my time and their own fuel and then he tried to get me to pay a 25$ fee for not being able to do it?

THIS IS THE WORST TOWING COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED. RUN RUN RUN!! MY BOYFRIEND WAS STUCK ON MT HOOD FROM 11AM TIL 7PM BECAUSE THIS COMPANY SAID THEY WOULD HELP HIM. HE WAS A MILE OFF OF HWY 26 STUCK IN THE SNOW AND NEEDED TO BE PULLED OUT. THE MANAGER TOLD MY INSURANCE COMPANY THEY WOULD BE THERE IN 1.5 HOURS. AFTER REPEATED PHONE CALLS THEY NEVER SHOWED. THEY LIED AND KEPT SAYING SOMEONE WAS ON THEIR WAY. STILL NO ONE SHOWED UP! 5 HOURS LATER WE FOUND SOMEONE ELSE. THEY LEFT MY BOYFRIEND IN THE COLD, STUCK IN THE SNOW AND DIDN'T EVEN CARE. THEIR EXCUSE WAS THE LOCATION WAS A LONG WAY TO DRIVE! THEY SHOULDN'T TAKE CALLS THEY NEVER INTEND TO ACT ON. THESE PEOPLE ARE IRRESPONSIBLE LIARS THAT DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I HOPE THEY LOSE THEIR CONTRACT WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY BECAUSE I WOULD SURE HATE TO SEE SOMEONE ELSE GO THROUGH THIS. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE ISN'T LEAVING SOMEONE OUT IN THE COLD WILDERNESS BECAUSE THEY ARE TOO LAZY TO DO THEIR JOB!!!!

I used your service on Sunday and was pleased with the professionalism of your driver. He loaded and secured my auto quickly and safely. He followed me to my destination and in what I thought was too small an area to unload did an excellent job of backing in and discharging my vehicle. He was considerate and came across as a kind and intelligent individual. Thank you for your service and for having such a great staff!

We came from NewYork, the town was kinda new to us. So, when our car broke down. We don't know who to call. Luckly, Van's Towing came right away and assit us. The driver is very friendly and helpful. He even gave us a drive home. Thank you.
