Been going there for years. Careful, thorough work. If you're a regular, they'll sometimes do tiny (to me) jobs free, like replacing a taillight bulb. Not always the cheapest, but you get excellent work.

I'm learning the error of my ways. After multiple visits to two Toyota dealer repair shops without a clear and confident path forward, I finally brought it to Dwyer for an external opinion. One Toyota dealer wanted to replace a $350 sensor hoping it would resolve part of the problem and another wanted $1200 to replace the entire fuel tank & inlet hoses. Both were not sure of the solution, but believed their options were best to progressively address the issue (Check Engine lights and blow-back when trying to fill fuel tank). An hour after dropping off my Scion I get a call: Dwyer: "Has this been looked at by other repair shops?". Me: "Yes, two Toyota dealers." Dwyer: "Someone put a rubber cap on the inlet vent, preventing the vent from working. We took it off, reset the codes, was able to fill the tank, and all appears to be operational. Did you want us to change the oil while its here?" Me: "Sure" :)

I have been using Tom Dwyer for years they have always provided me with exceptional service and a upfront price. If you actually want to know what a repair costs before it's complete I would call Tom Dwyer.

I have taken my car there for service for at least 10 years. I never have to worry about the care of my car or the expense as I am sure I have never been cheated. If there are things that need to be corrected I get a list in order of priority. That way I can have the corrections made without having a huge bill at once. Great place to go.

I have taken my car there for regular service and occasional problems (e.g. clutch was giving out) for over 15 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else as they have always been honest reliable and priced competitively. I have never been treated as a female, but as a customer.
