I've been a patient of Dr. Lee for the last 10 years. Great dentist and staff who cares about my teeth and comfort during my visits. While I haven't had any major procedures done, I can tell that they try their best to keep me comfortable. For example, injecting Novocain is done veerrryy slowly because he knows it hurts when done fast (like at my previous dentist). I go in regularly (every 6 months) for cleanings, and they do a great job with those too. All questions I ever have are thoroughly answered/explained to me. They listen really well too, because they seem to remember what I tell them about my family. The place was remodeled about a year ago so it's really nice inside too. Overall, both my family and I have had a great experience over the years. I recommend checking them out if you're looking for a dentist!

I highly recommend Dr. John Lee and Rose City Dental. I had a wonderful experience with the office this summer. I called Rose City Dental with a time-sensitive dental problem. My insurance was going to run out soon and I needed a checkup. They fit me in almost immediately. When we discovered I needed treatment, they worked on me that day. They even stayed 2 hours late! Then they fit me in several times over the next week, accommodating my schedule. They did all of this for me just because I was a patient who needed help. It was remarkable. Dr. Lee’s work is noticeably better than work I have had done previously. Part of what he did for me was fix something that another dentist had done poorly many years ago. Dr. Lee spotted the problems with the past work immediately. He put on new crowns and the difference is amazing. Now I know how a crown should fit. Weird but true. He also noticed that I had some weird shading on one of my teeth. I have had this shading for as long as I can remember; apparently it is a consequence of having a very high fever as a child. Anyhow, it bothered me for a long time but I didn’t think there was anything to do about it (whitening didn’t work). To the contrary, it turns out it was both fast and affordable to fix. Dr. Lee asked me if I would like it fixed and, when I said yes, handled it in minutes. I could not believe it. After many years and many dentists leading me to believe it couldn’t be helped, it was fixed. Finally, everyone in the office was pleasant and helpful. They were so patient with me when my insurance delayed covering their portion. And, in case there wasn’t enough already, when it turned out that I had paid more than my portion of the bill, Rose City called me to ask me where to send the check for the difference. I was pleasantly surprised and so happy that they went out of their way to make sure not only that I would be paid but also that the check would come straight to me. Rose City Dental and Dr. John Lee extended themselves so much for me and I am very grateful.

I have been seeing Dr. John Lee for probably nine years now and I'm always impressed with his knowledge, speed, painlessness and superior workmanship. Whenever I have had an emergency, he has been able to see me right away and help solve my pain problems. His prices are fair and the office is willing to work with you on payments when necessary. All of his staff are nice, experienced and competent. Besides being a good dentist, Dr. John is kind and calm and takes the time to make sure I'm okay, every step of the way. Although, I live farther away now, I have no problem traveling to his office because I know the result will be worth it.

This is the only place I would recomend.

Dr. Ben is GREAT!! His staff is very nice and professional. I, for once did not feel pressured nor rushed. All employees welcomed me into their office and I will definitely be going back. Thank you Dr. Ben and staff for welcoming me into your office!!!!

Best people available on Saturday. They take care of emergency need so good and gentle. Dr. Lee is awesome. I recommend to everyone
