I just had the worst experience at a fast food restaurant in my life. On 6/11/2011 between 7:30 and 8:00 pm, I went to my neighborhood Subway with a coupon given to me from my school for a free bag of chips and a 21oz fountain drink. After ordering my five foot long sandwiches, the person making my sandwiches refused my coupon telling me that I had to present it to him before placing my order and besides this store does not honor coupons. I informed him that he has not even entered the sandwiches in the computer yet. He then proceeded to tell me that I was not welcomed in his restaurant and to never come back again. He proceeded to tell me that he was the manager and he would not provide me with a phone number to complain about the service.
