This is the first bad review I’ve written and it pains me to do so, especially after having such a positive opinion of Nic Valentine at Stumptown Electrical & Lighting Design. I hired Nic to replace the transformer for the pendant lights in my kitchen. Shortly after installation the lights stopped working and calls to Nic went unanswered. When I finally managed to get him on the phone he promised to make what he called a “quick and simple” repair, but months of repeated e-mails and phone calls have received no response from Nic. Others have confirmed that he’s bad at returning calls. I would caution anyone from employing this individual.
