At my office at 150 SE 80th Avenue I have worked with individuals and families for over twenty five years. My hope with each client is to develop a long term relationship. As a solo practitioner, I work directly with you until your estate planning and probate needs are taken care of. In estate planning I will help you determine the best approach for you for the effective distribution of assets upon death, and will prepare and execute the documents required to put your plan in place, including Wills, Trusts, powers of attorney and advance health care directives. In estate administration I assist executors, administrators, trustees and personal representatives, handling the matters required to settle estates - with or without probate- including the preparation and filing of an accounting of the assets of the estate as necessary, determining final debts and taxes, and the appropriate distribution of property, with or without a Will.
