AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! We went here to buy an unlocked cell phone we could use on our trip to Europe. We bought one for $70. After that we ordered a sim card online. When we received it, we put in the phone, but the phone did not work. I showed it to a friend who knows a lot about cell phones and he told us we had bought defective merchandise. We were leaving on our trip in a few days and did not have time to go back to Portland to exchange it. We had to buy another phone at another store. When we returned from our trip, we took the defective phone back to the store and were told that because we didn't return it in 7 days, we were just plain out of luck. NO RETURNS even if they sell you defective merchandise! We asked if we could at least have store credit. NO, he just stood there and firmly shook his head and told us when we signed the receipt we agreed to his store policy. When I balked, he tossed a pair of earbuds at me and said "I can do this for you and that's all". He was
