I first used this company more than 15 years ago. I used them again 11 years ago. And then I used them for the third time this past week-end. They are consistently efficient, friendly and very reasonably priced for their services. I recommend Smooth Move People; you won't be disappointed.

Please read the following for problems with my move:



1. They were late.

2. They complained about being "out of shape" to carry heavy boxes and large pieces of furniture.

3. One fellow was clearly hung over and spent a great deal of time smoking.

4. It was clear that neither mover knew how to move furniture effectively.

5. They literally *threw* things into a large storage unit.

5. On a recent visit to my storage unit, I retrieved my bike (which was right next to the door) and noticed that my dining room table received a huge gouge on the top.

6. I am afraid of the wreckage I will discover when I move my furniture, etc., into a home.

7. I was furious, but it was too late...



Good luck with your upcoming move. I wouldn't choose Smooth Move. It wasn't smooth for me!!!

I had heavy pieces I couldn't do that to friends & family. So I hired Smooth Move. They sent two guys and the truck. They were very nice, very polite. They thanked me several times for the business. Although, I agree with Judys books not as athletic as you would think, I had some extemely heavy pieces(which I let them know ahead) and they struggled with them. They were very careful which I appreciate but a little overboard at times.
