Provided by YP.comKeep looking.......unless independent living is the purpose. Don't even consider bridging to other levels when more support may become necessary.
Marketing makes the promises.
After move-in, forget it. No walk to the talk. Family communication - negligible with no returned phone calls. Then, issues glossed over and the no walk to the talk begins again.
Meals often served lukewarm. Overcooked vegetables. Very slow service. Have to grab a server for support mid-meal - rarely are checked up on. Residents eating alone aren't joined up with other residents for companionship. Upscale prices yet iceberg lettuce mixed into romaine to make it go further. MSG in most of the salad dressings. Menu only changes monthly with a choice of only one fish option. Can't even substitute a Russet potato for a sweet potato; plates are "frozen in place" rather than being flexible to suit the taste of the resident. For 3 months, same 2 choices of ice cream for dessert.
