We offer deeply restorative bodywork in SE Portland, OR. Whether you come for therapeutic massage, subtle manual therapies, or another modality, your unique needs and intentions will be the focus of the care you receive. We strive to provide just what is needed to find yourself home in your body as well as restoration from stress, anxiety, body tension, and pain. We offer a trauma-informed space and sacred opportunity to settle into yourself for healing. We are a body-positive, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA-affirming space. Each of our therapists has specialized training and interests but the focus is on you and what you need to rest, recover, and restore. We want you to be able to continue with the wonderful life works, relationships, and passions that you offer to the world. Accessibility: We have recently relocated to a first-floor handicap-accessible space. We have hydraulic lift tables for easy accessibility on and off the table as well as an ADA-compliant bathroom and treatment room. If you need to be in this space please call and let us know before your appointment. We also welcome trusted helpers and interpreters to your appointments. We do not have dedicated parking and are in a somewhat busy neighborhood. It's not unusual to need to walk 1-3 blocks from a parking spot to access our location.
