Had a terrible experience with this shop. Owner did not inform me of the fact that his shop was going to be closed for TWO MONTHS when I dropped off my 4 of my most worn boots, leaving me no choice but to buy an interim pair of boots until I could retrieve them. He took no accountability for his action and got argumentative when I wanted to negotiate a discounted price. I can't stomach paying a crook so I didn't and he has my shoes to this day. Horrible business practices, customer service non-existent, CASH ONLY, super limited hours. Don't use this shop!
