Called them to inquire about a wood stove installation and removal. It was on a Sunday and they are closed, but a lady picked up and was very rude, ended up hanging up on me because Sunday is "a day of rest". Sure, I get that, but don't answer business calls on Sunday or at least let me finish explaining myself before going off.

Dan and his son did a great job. They worked around my difficult schedule and went above and beyond to get a good-sized stove into a basement. They were on time and didn't mess around, just got the job done, my qestions answered and we all got on our ways. I would have no hesitancy recomending them to anyone.
