BEWARE!!!

Ryan, West Coast Movers, Portland's Family Movers, whatever name they go by...

WORST MOVING COMPANY EVER!!! They don't show up, return phone calls, leave you stranded with your moving truck (because they make you get your own), and all your possessions. First they called to delay, then didn't show at all, never answered the phone or the many messages I left and I was stuck with a truck and no movers. Worst day of my life. Lied to my son telling them I was never on their schedule until my son told him about the message Ryan left saying they would be delayed. Promised me two hours of free moving the next time I moved. When I tried to schedule that he had availability until I told him I had a two hour credit. Then he told me I would have to pay $74 for an extra hour and travel time, which I said I would be happy to do, but then didn't come again and left me hanging a second time. Now they are saying they will just delete our reviews and say we are lying. We will see!

Our family has now used both Portland's and Salem's family movers! Both experiences we great! The movers were on time, very safe and courteous with our belongings. Not to mention very affordable! We will never use another company again! thanks guys!
