A BIG shout-out to sales rep Jessi Buck!! I had been dreading the overwhelming task of selecting materials for an upcoming project, but Jessi made the selection and purchase into a super positive experience. I was immediately impressed with her from my initial telephone contact. She was very positive,polite and knowledgeable. The same was true when I visited the store to make my final selection. This is the type of employee any business would be so very fortunate to have as a part of their team!

I had been doing my homework with pricing granite. On a whim, I went into the store to check them out. Victoria helped me out and gave me the best price from anyone else, by far. She thoroughly explained everything that would and needed to happen. She was also leaving the following day for her vacation and still called me during it to make sure everything was going okay and if I had any questions that I could call her while she was out.
They look amazing!

Victoria was very helpful with designing our kitchen backsplash! I would highly recommend asking for her when you visit the showroom!

Incredible selection of porcelain, ceramic, mosaic glass, and stone tiles of all sizes. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They took all the stress off of my remodel by helping me design my kitchen and even helped with measurements. My contractor purchased the tile and they got him a great wholesale discount. I recommend all my friends to Portland Direct!
