Best Happy Hour in the area! Love stopping by for a beer and some good greasy snacks. The staff are very attentive and always upbeat and nice.

This is a cool location, due to the view from the height of the building. It's very dark, though - almost too much. The Happy Hour menu food was pretty good - I liked my burger, and the fries were good. They do not do substitutions - so had to order the fries separately, because the burger comes with BBQ chips. Prices are okay if you're from LA, but expensive for Portland. Our server seemed a little spacy, but she was nice.

A Portland Gem

If you want to see the city, or show it off, this is the place to go. With the development of the Pearl District, you can really appreciate Portland's combination of public places and housing. The river is near, and incredible vistas await you, rain or shine.

Best View In Portland!

Food, view, music, cocktails - all excellent! But for a table by the window, better get there very early - right at 4:00 when they open (get in line at 3:45 even better).

The best Portland has to offer

Portland City Grill is our fav.

We dine there maybe 2 or 3 times a year. The only problem is that after you eat here and than you go to some other restaurant you will find that it's not as good and will be wishing you were at the Portland City Grill instead.
