Pacific Northwest Tax Service, Inc. is a locally-owned and operated Oregon Corporation. Since we first opened for business in 1992 we have grown to become one of the larger independent tax services in Oregon. We now operate three year-round offices throughout the Portland Metro area.

Service is very unprofessional, they are very rude, and lack respect for their customers
These guys are so rude and are not really worth the pay. H$R block would have charged me about $25 to do the work that cost me $250 for them to do. I know because I went to H&R block first but decided to try something different. Only reason I went to Pacific Northwest Tax services was to see if they service they provided was more then H&R block. However they make you pay before the work is even complete, so I was stuck having them do my taxes. Which means I went in blind. Normally tax services don't mind giving you a copy of your previous tax reports, but if they know you are not returning to them they refuse to give you another copy. They are very rude on the phone and very cocky for the crappy work they provide. I would suggest going elsewhere and get bigger bucks for your money.
