My partner and I went to Annie Gulosh of Northwest Mortgage Advisors a couple of years ago to find out if we qualified to buy a home. We did qualify, and Annie made the application process a piece of cake and stress free. But, our income was not as high as we wanted it to be, so we decided to wait for next year’s tax filing to give our income the boost we needed to qualify for the house we wanted. Annie advised us on which debt to pay off and we focused on that debt and improved our income to debt ratio. We did what she recommended and now we qualify for the amount we wanted and have found our dream home.
