I had a great experience with the new owners compared to the kind of experiences I had before. Previously, the old owner would take forever with repairs on my vintage bike & wouldn't keep me in the know about progress. I would always have to call in to him to see what was up and most of the time I got round about answers. Luckily for him, I was a patient person. I've gone in 3 times now for major services and general maintenance on my bike and every time I have been alerted earlier than was expected that my bike was done, unlike the previous owner, and I've gotten my bike back and have been more than satisfied with the work. The new people are on top of it! I say it's a go on all accounts to take your bike here!
