This is a dishonest business. While being annoying to work with (always pestering us for early payment before the weekend - possible beer money?, lol), no communication regarding service dates, always entering unauthorized areas in our office, we used him for years.

Recently, we unexpectedly surprised him during an evening service. He was asked if all of the vehicles had their oil changed. He answered yes. We then checked the "newly changed" oil on a couple vehicles in his presence and asked if these were specifically been changed. Again he answered yes. The oil was dark and black. This oil had not been changed. It was a no brainer - even if a vehicle needs a flush, new oil still looks clean right after a change - that's a fact.

So, so disappointing that after years of trusting our off-hours oil service to Chris to find out that he hadn't been changing (or consistently had not been changing) our fleet's oil. What damage has been caused that we don't know about? This service is based on trust and convenience. While the convenience was present, what good is that if you can't trust him? Stay clear!
