The 'greenest' way to drive a car and not upset the environment is to KEEP that car without having several manufactured for use within a lifetime. That being said, I generally keep my car for a minimum of 8 years and use repair services often. Les Scwab has been a dependable way to maintain my car - except here. Went in for tie-rod/strut check. Good ruck finding a smile. Everybody in the bay looks like they're hiding a dead body in the back. In the office/waiting area, a woman sits in a dark corner at a desk staring out at you with nary a greeting or smile - eyeballing me around the room as I tried to find a restroom while waiting. Occasionally she would pick up the phone and make loud collection calls on accounts. Finally, they came out with a paper estimate that, when taken to another Les Schwab, proved to have parts listed that they don't stock and labor prices not in line with the work. By the way, THAT store got my business and respect as all the others I've visited have. This one
