Completely unprofessional sums...

Completely unprofessional sums up my experience with this company. I purchased a Groupon for their window cleaning services in good faith. I scheduled and rescheduled with Kyle, the owner of KP Window Cleaning Services 3 times before finally giving up. The first appt was a "no show" and I was given an excuse about his employee calling in sick and he didn't receive the message. The second appt Kyle called 2 hrs before the scheduled appt and asked to show up early (fine but give me an hour). He ended up taking another job in the meantime (because he can't afford to sit around and wait on jobs he said) which again made him a "no show" for my appt. Third time, again late and again I was given an excuse that he was running too behind and wouldn't make it. After sacrificing my time for 3 days waiting for this company to show up as promised, I finally gave up. This company is not professional and based on this experience, I would not expect them to stand by their service or product.
