Horrible! I used to love Kaiser until this last month. Dr Butler is a sham. She has a closed mind and heart when I comes to the patient. She should not be seeing people if all she knows how to do is draw blood and sit on her hands. She told me today that I was grumpy about taking the tests. the tests she ran of my blood were normal but she refuses to look outside of her train of thought and show compassion. Just because she has an MD after her name does not make her the expert on my body. She is the worst dr and I have dealt with some bad docs in my experience with kaiser since 2008. I have filed a formal complaint against her and her horrific bedside manner. She needs a desk job not one dealing with the sick and scared.

excellent Dr. had to change pc's to one closer when I moved. I have another good Dr. now from Kaiser just wanted to say I still miss Dr. Rubin very much .
